Kim Kardashian has laughed at a prank by pal Nicole Richie who hacked into her beloved Twitter account and posted some rather naughty messages. The reality star looked like she meant business as she stepped out in New York. Clad in an olive green asymmetrical dress, the reality star was pictured arriving at ABC Studios for an appearance on the U.S. show, Live with Regis and Kelly.
